As Senior Vice President for Air bp, Federica is responsible for bp’s global aviation fuel products and services business. She joined Air bp in July 2023 and her ambition is to make Air bp the partner of choice for sustainable aviation and to ensure that we deliver the best experience to our customers.
Federica joined bp in 2020 as the Senior Vice President of Integrated Gas & Power (IGP), a global team that plays a key role in developing infrastructure and access to new markets, integrating the natural gas and power value chains. She has almost 25 years of experience in the energy industry, having held several senior roles at ExxonMobil in natural gas, LNG and power in Europe, the United States and Canada.
Federica has a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion, and advocates for the adoption of positive, inclusive behaviours and psychological safety.
Federica has a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering cum laude from the Universita’ La Sapienza of Rome, Italy. She is married, has two children and is based in London. In her spare time, she enjoys long distance running.
